About Us

The Cognitive Change Center for Management Consulting and Training is a Jordanian institution headquartered in Amman. It was established in 2016 and operates in the field of management consulting and training with a license from the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. (374726).
The institution focuses its efforts in the areas of administrative development, strategic and operational planning, performance management and measurement, conducting studies and research of all kinds, training and building training programs, building procedural guides and international benchmarking studies, building national plans to empower women and youth economically and socially, entrepreneurship, advocacy and lobbying activities, as well as building institutional and social values. It also works on developing youth initiatives and initiatives to enhance the role of soft power in the Kingdom.
The institution also works on building development plans for educational institutions, youth care institutions and associations, as well as conducting feasibility studies for new projects, analyzing faltering projects and correcting their strategic and operational path. The institution relies in its work on the principle of "evidence-based programs", where programs are built in light of the results of analytical studies so that these programs are directed precisely and carefully to solve problems and meet the real needs of the targeted audience.
The work in the institution is led by a team of distinguished experts and consultants within its fields of work and specializations. The work team has extensive, deep and qualitative experience inside and outside the Kingdom. The institution also has developed work models that keep pace with global practices in its fields of work, developed in light of long and qualitative work experiences.
During the first years after its establishment, the institution worked on building national programs that meet the needs of the various targeted segments in society after analyzing the needs and multiple cultural contexts, arriving at programs capable of creating the desired impact, while measuring the short- and long-term impact to verify the success of the strategic directions of these programs.
